you can use one gmail account for an unlimited amount of bookmarking accounts.
for example you have a mail like
then you can register social bookmarking accounts with
black.hat@gmail.com
or
bl.ackhat@gmail.com
and so on
the mails will all go to your email address blackhat@gmail.com
worked for me, should still work.
